The Thundermakers program is derived from the character known as Little Thunder created by Mi’kmaq artist Alan Syliboy. The Thundermakers program will be granting students and Mi’kmaq educators unique opportunities to participate in qualitative programs delivered by prestigious national and international educational organizations, research facilities, and postsecondary institutions. We believe these opportunities will inspire students, enhance their knowledge, confidence and capabilities to pursue future careers in STEM.
